Currently, I’m supervising four master theses:
- Erlend Hapnes: Can we control a TCP path?
- Christoffer Bjelke, Andreas Limi: Timer-based TCP (TBTCP)
- Maximilian von Stephanides: Improving Internet Congestion Control with Packet Loss Prediction using Machine Learning
- Shahed Shuvo: Detecting signs of congestion or underload in traffic traces
Past master students
I supervised the following master students:
- Naima Noor: On the Predictability of the Deployment of Network Mechanisms
- Tobias Fladby: Managing Real-Time Video and Data Flows with Coupled Congestion Control Mechanism
- Kristian Andreas Hiorth, TCP-in-UDP: Enabling gradually deployable TCP coupled congestion control using an efficient UDP encapsulation
I also provided unofficial support/supervision to the following students:
- Øystein Dale , under EU NEAT project.
- Fredrik Haugseth , under EU NEAT project.
- Lepe Khanum , worked on Fling measurement tool
